What you'll do
- Act as the Directors' right hand — mirror their priorities and help get things done across the business
- Get hands-on across accounting, operations, inventory, finance, people, marketing and new launches — wherever you're needed most
- Manage communications on the Directors' behalf — triage incoming queries from outlet teams and stakeholders, and make sure the right response happens
- Visit our kitchens to help solve operational issues on the ground, as needed
- Learn the whole business from the inside — on a real track into management and beyond
What we're looking for
- Fresh graduate, any discipline — we'll guide you from the ground up
- Strong command of English, written and spoken
- Discreet and trustworthy — you'll work closely with the Directors and see the inside of the business

- Audit outlets, hunt down the real cause of a problem, and fix it for good
- Master the numbers behind an operation: labour cost, stock, inventory, schedules
- Coach and lead outlet teams — you'll be running them before you know it
- Grow on a real track: Management Trainee → Area Manager → General Manager
What we're looking for
