Why work at EPiC

Good people, better food.

Our people are the driving force behind everything we serve. Every plate that leaves our kitchens carries the work of individuals who are hardworking, caring, and dedicated to making a difference.

From the kitchen front to the central kitchen, from the HQ office to customer service — every one of us works toward a single goal: honest, delicious meals at prices that make sense. That promise only holds if the right people stand behind it, which is why we work hard to attract, develop, and keep the best talent we can find.

Good people make better food. It's that simple.

The EPiC team at HQ

Our commitment to you.

We are deeply committed to our food, our customers, and our community — but above all, to our people. You are the backbone of EPiC. We offer more than a job and a paycheck: we offer the chance to build a real career in food — learning the craft, serving customers well, and growing as the company grows.

We train you properly

Nobody is left to figure things out alone. We teach, coach, and mentor from day one — recipes, systems, and the craft behind them.

We grow with you

As we expand outlet by outlet across Klang Valley — and one day, all of Malaysia — new roles keep opening up. We promote from within first.

We pay for the value you bring

Respect is the baseline — pay is the proof. We pay as much as we can for the value you create, communicate honestly, and have your back on busy days. Your success is our success — we mean that.
