What you'll do
- Plan weekly labour schedules and lead daily operations and staff stationing
- Conduct outlet audits and visit observations — cleanliness walkthroughs, hostel visits, training checklist reviews
- Perform daily operational checks: defrost & standby, FIFO, and QCQA inspections (visual, smell, taste, touch)
- Run monthly stock audits, stock transfer and CK production analysis in Codemax, and resolve count variances
- Coordinate across WhatsApp groups, conduct teachback sessions, and report operational issues to HQ
What we're looking for
